Home Learning
Spellings
All children will soon have access again to spelling shed. Spellings will be given out on a Friday to be learnt for the following Friday spelling test. Children will record their spelling test results in their school diaries.
Reading
Reading books are changed at least once a week. We kindly ask that, to help support the reading provision for your child in school that children read at home regularly. Please sign reading diaries at least 3 times per week.
Homework
Every week children are expected to read at least 3 times a week, practice their spellings and access TTRockstars. Any additional homework will be set for children who may need extra time or focus on a particular area we have covered that week.
Please encourage your children to be organised, read regularly at home, practice their spellings and times tables, complete their homework and take pride in their education.
